We at ArDee realize that not everyone’s electrical needs are the same that is why our Residential Maintenance Program is custom tailored to your specific needs. We assess your homes electrical needs and perform a step by step thorough evaluation of each of the various areas of your homes electrical system. Maintaining your homes electrical system is a reliable way of insuring the safety of you and your family.
Visual Safety Inspection
We will go through your home and open up all of the electrical panels and perform an inspection of all of the connections and power grounding. From there we will test all of your GFI’s, circuit breakers and receptacles.
Smoke Detectors & Ventilation Fans
Detection devices are essential to your family’s safety. Maintaining them will help to make you alert to when there might be a problem. Neglected ventilation fans in such places as the attic and bathroom can become clogged over time leading to a major cause of house fires.
Serge Protection
Proper protection will lead to maintaining the longevity of your electronics and appliances.
Pool Maintenance
Complete evaluation of your pools pumps, timers and grounding.
Exterior Lighting
Maintenance of your homes flood lighting and lamps.
MAINTENANCE PLANS
Plan A
We will schedule periodic visits to your home every 6 or 12 months at a reduced hourly rate and perform a thorough evaluation of your entire residence.
Plan B
We will schedule periodic visits to your home every 6 or 12 months and perform all work on a set time basis at a set price.
Plan C
We will schedule periodic visits to your home every 6 or 12 months and perform work from our predetermined maintenance plan evaluation at our maintenance plan price.
Some of the services performed in our Maintenance Program include:
- Visual Safety Check
- Inspection of circuit breaker panels
- Inspection of smoke / carbon monoxide detectors
- Inspection and maintenance of various fans throughout residence (attic, bath, laundry)
- Lamp / bulb replacement
- adjustment of all timers / photocells
- Pump maintenance
Our Residential Maintenance Program is available in both six month and yearly programs. We will provide you with monthly specials as well as a 5% discount off of all new work.
Commercial Maintenance Program
Our Commercial Maintenance program is custom tailored to meet the specific needs of your business to help you get optimum performance from your electrical system. We realize that downtime is costly. A planned repair can be setup during off time when production is not an issue.

Lighting Maintenance
Your lighting system is the first impression your customer or employee will see. It sets the welcoming tone that you present. It brings out a salute, positive and pleasant attitude.
Interior Lighting
Emergency, exit signs and general lightning. Having clean and bright lighting lends itself to a positive and productive working environment, which in return results in people working and feeling better.
Exterior Lightning
Site lighting, lighting poles, building lighting, signs. Good exterior lightning leaves less chance of vandalism and shows that you have pride in your property.
Motor Maintenance
Large area fans (belts, lubricant), production equipment. All businesses run on a schedule with the intent of most efficient production. Down time is not part of that schedule, it causes interruptions and ultimately costs money. A well maintained system has less chance of down time. If a problem does arise, a planned repair can be scheduled and cause less cost and interruptions.
