We assess your homes electrical needs and perform a step by step thorough evaluation of each of the various areas of your homes electrical system. Maintaining your homes electrical system is a reliable way of insuring the safety of you and your family.
Visual Safety Inspection
We will go through your home and open up all of the electrical panels and perform an inspection of all of the connections and power grounding. From there we will test all of your GFI’s, circuit breakers and receptacles.
Smoke Detectors & Ventilation Fans
Detection devices are essential to your family’s safety. Maintaining them will help to make you alert to when there might be a problem. Neglected ventilation fans in such places as the attic and bathroom can become clogged over time leading to a major cause of house fires.
Serge Protection
Proper protection will lead to maintaining the longevity of your electronics and appliances.
Pool Maintenance
Complete evaluation of your pools pumps, timers and grounding.

Plan A
We will schedule periodic visits to your home every 6 or 12 months at a reduced hourly rate and perform a thorough evaluation of your entire residence.
Plan B
We will schedule periodic visits to your home every 6 or 12 months and perform all work on a set time basis at a set price.
Plan C
We will schedule periodic visits to your home every 6 or 12 months and perform work from our predetermined maintenance plan evaluation at our maintenance plan price.

Visual Safety Check

Our Residential Maintenance Program is available in both six month and yearly programs. We will provide you with monthly specials as well as a 5% discount off of all new work.
